        is a water-base application that is actually less dense (lighter) than Lacquer.  You will find Lacquer on just about any and all skateboard decks today.  For years Lacquer serves as a mild sealant, a gloss medium, and is often used during graphic application processes on non-slick skateboard decks.  22wet adds next level protection, leveling up on performance by sliding faster and further, while never breaching OEM deck size to weight ratios nor tampering with integrity, like some of the harsh solvents you find company's applying on boards today.  We packed all this into a undeniable one of a kind flawless shine that instills a whole new meaning and feel from the time you began setting up a freshie.  As skaters, we don't like new shit.  All that carbon fiber deck layers, or the composite my ass inserts will constantly keep coming and going.  They never last.  You don't even see many Slicks anymore now days.  Those came out in the early 90's and were around for a minute.  The problem is, their too heavy.  22wet is not a Slick.  Skate a flat-bar or rail and the graphic will never smear off.  Hop onto something chunky like a barley waxed curb and the graphic will eventually smear off.  22wet and the applications 2WENTY2 applies into all their graphics now and in the years to come will always be between those fine lines of what is really acceptable to us.  Don't be fooled by fakers and imitators.  You cannot get anything like 22wet made anywhere even if you wanted too.  The skillset needed alone makes it to where we could literally show someone step by how to produce this and over 90% of the population will never be able to do it.  We are the only company on the planet with this application.  Every wet deck is done in-house, very carefully, one by one and it's here to stay.
